We are thrilled to welcome you to our stunning condo, complete with an amazing walkout to the pool and lower patio area. Savor a delicious meal in the fresh air or simply relax around the pool under the palapa. You’ll feel right at home in our comfotable suite, featuring a new king size bed and a well-equipped kitchen.

Our property, located along the back wall of Las Palmas, is truly one-of-a-kind. You will have full access to the pool and lush tropical gardens, and each suite comes equipped with a gas BBQ for the ultimate outdoor cooking experience. Situated between two charming homes and across from a small park, our location offers a tranquil and serene ambiance that is still conveniently located near everything you need!

If you’re traveling with loved ones, you’ll be pleased to know that you can rent all 4 suites and have exclusive use of the pool. Enjoy the privacy of having your own kitchen and bathrooms while still sharing an unforgettable vacation experience.

Awesome place! Even better than it looks in the pics. Nadene and Roland are fabulous hosts that offer thoughtful touches to make the stay comfortable, private, and with opportunity to be as involved or uninvolved as you want. Great location if you have a car or want to rent their golf cart to try beaches that aren’t walking distance. Lots of restaurants, beach, and stores in walking distance. Pool was a great way to spend the later afternoon/evening hours. Highly recommend

This condo was a great find! Great safe neighborhood close to the beach! Condo was clean and well equipped with a great pool area out back. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Guanacaste region!

It’s hard to write a review that accurately encompasses the amazing hospitality we experienced during our stay with the Tippers. The villa was immaculate and perfect for our 5 day stay in Coco. Stay with the Tippers and I promise you will not be disappointed! Next time we visit coco, we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

Todo Bien!! We certainly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything we needed and then some was provided. Also extra personal touches which were truly appreciated. The pool was wonderful to enjoy after spending hours in the heat. Quiet neighborhood. Nice option to have the golf cart to use for a day as well. Would definitely recommend and will book again when we are in the Coco area. Muchas gracias por todo Nadene!

Great place to stay, very secure and private. The swimming pool is great with trees and palms. The rooms were sparkling clean. In regards with the kitchen, no need to bring anything if you are planning to cook your own food. Will definitely be staying again. Looking forward to be there again in the short term.

Had a fantastic time here, the pool is beautiful, condo very well equipped and all of the amenities were so well thought out. We had plenty of towels, kitchen amenities etc. The hosts were also fantastic and could not have done more to be of assistance. Thank you Roland and Nadine for a great holiday, we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and clean. Nadene was a wonderful host. It truly is home away from home. Everything was exactly as it’s seen on pictures and described in details about the place. They thought of little details on things that people might need while their stay. Appreciate Nadene’s and Roland’s hospitality. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who appreciates quality and comfort. Will look forward to see Nadene and Roland next time we come to Costa Rica. You truly have a beautiful place, we fell in love with.

Loved the pool so much that we never even dipped our toes in the ocean!. Renting the golf cart made getting around town easy. We cooked most of our own meals with several grocery stores easily accessible. Appreciated the suggestions on food and beverages at your favorite local places. Nadene and Roland are very personable. They love what they do and it shows. We would definitely stay here again.

Bamboo Gardens was absolutely AMAZING!! Java cafe is literally down the street and do yourself a favor and make sure you try the waffles and oreo milkshake and chica flaca. The place was super close to down town and just a short walk to the beach! Nadene and Roland truly went above and beyond for me during my stay and I'm forever grateful. We will 1000% be back hopefully with some friends to rent out the entire place and to have them show us around some properties!

Absolute great experience in this perfect location. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was located in a very secure area and it had all the amenities you can possibly need. Hands down best experience in Costa Rica. We stayed in 10 different AIRBNB locations during our Costa Rica vacation and hands down this was the best one!!!! Beautiful Oasis in Playas Del Coco….We stayed and played for 17 nights at Bamboo Gardens. We called it a "room with a zoo"... since the variety of birds, iguanas and howler monkeys came to us almost daily as we relaxed by the Pool. The condo was everything that was promoted plus "more" by the addition of the wildlife. We so enjoyed these beautiful and comfortable condos. We highly recommend it.
